No matter which HIS.com webmail portal you use, you'll see your mail as
it exists on the server.
If you have your regular email software set to use the POP protocol,
messages will be downloaded and then deleted from the server every time
your software checks for new mail, and the mail won't be available via
webmail.
If you'd prefer to keep your mail on the server so you can access it
via both your regular software and webmail, set up your email software
to use the IMAP protocol. There are instructions for doing this in our knowledgebase, or call our phone support techs toll-free at 1-888-818-0500, option 2,
option 1.
Fewer features, but simple, straightforward, fast, and
compatible with
all browsers.
Try them both and use the one you prefer. Either will let you
change your password or set up forwarding or a 'vacation' autoresponder.
If you have your own domain and a HIS.com control panel email or web
hosting account, you have your own private webmail interface, usually
http://webmail.yourdomain.com
